Once again Phil Michcals has told me he is doing nothing but waiting for Gary's lawyers who arc doing nothing....and Phil has said, "could take a few more months".
What does that mean? He game plan is to do NOTHING until Gary's lawyers contact him which they are NOT doing. Don't I have any legal rights? Isn't there any time restraints on filing estate taxes.

uesday night at LA screening of David Geffen's m. s one of these "it" girls who shows up on the arm of the most hip at the hottest events. i c • oes not seem to be able to "land" anyone. Do not know why...she is beautiful. Do NOT get to involved emotionally with this girl until you figure out what makes her tick. I think she is devine...but something is not kosher.
Gary is going on Tuesday with wife and Mattie to Aspen to visit Erin's daughter and 3 grandchildren..he is back Sunday after Thanksgiving. Try to find him before he goes.
Zero Dark Thirty is at 6:30pm tonight at Sony, 550 Madison.. wish you would come. Dinner is at the Sony Club at 8:30pm with Mark Boal who wrote and produced it. He won Oscar for "Hurt Locker" "Zero" is the true story on killing of Bin Laden.
I am going to Wench and Rupert Murdoch's at 5:30pm for a book party for Arne Glimcher and them to 6:30pm film.
