WE HAVE AN ACCEPTED OFFER! I negotiated it for the past couple of days with the buyer and Gary and they came to tents. 52.100.000 All cash Closing by March 30.

Young couple from the city with 3 kids.

(1 won't tell you where the numbers began, however, at 2.1 it's a fair market value based on comps, etc.)

The buyer knows the house needs a new septic system so that won't be a item focused on in the inspection.. They arc in fact doing an inspection of the test of the house this Friday.

I'll do everything I can to make sure things go smoothly.

Andy Radmin is representing Gary. and I've been in touch with him as well.
