You mean for the jerky? I noticed that too. It came out very differently with this drier + the steak did have a bit more fat (nicer cut). If made again at 71st I will add double amount of ginger and lemon grass. I added same recipe from island plus extra ginger and lemon grass we agreed on... I will have to add double our new/upgraded recipe for the different drier machine to achieve the spiciness you like.
