It turns out we, you and I were seated next to Betsy Ross. my frined of thirty years. we met her in the street by the chocalte place... Steeve Giraud is a guy that I mentioned you the other day that you should meet when in Paris!

Steve is leaving between Paris and London, and is dealing with the highest end real estate (houses of kings, islands, etc) in Europe that are not listed for public.

Steeve asked me do I know if anyone who might be interested in his offering — and I immediately said you.

Steve is a great guy. He was married and has two kids. But decided that he is a gay — very late in life. His wife was a famous French singer, a cousin of Carla Bruni. He is very connected in Europe.

I REALLY like Steve a lot.

He is one that was co-organizing that dinner in Versailles that we canceled it.

His boyfriend Lawrence I know for longer. He used to be Melanie friend and work at Foundation. He can be sometimes very pretentious and uptight. I often catch myself very close of punching him ,) Nevertheless, he is a friend and PLEASE be nice to him when (it) you meet him.

Lawrence has also an impressive network of friends — usually women. From Queen Rania to Hillary.
