I have an appointment on Monday. Aug. 22 at his offi ce. I told him the background re. business set up and mother's estate. lie is Phillip Michael's accountant. I will bring him all the papas Bryan has given me...including the expense reports I am getting this Tucsday....and have him talk to you too.

I will have him deal with Bryan directly.

Phillip Michaels does not think Bryan is stealing from me...but we will get everything in order and I will get all copies ofbilling. receipts and expenses and bank accounts for business.

I will have him deal with my brother directly. I asked my mother's accountant Sy Bressler for a record of the checks written against the estate and he blew me off saying my brother has the checkbook and to contact him. I have asked Phillip Michaels how to do this and am waiting advice. Do I just email brother and tell him to send all records of what has been spent since date of death? Does he legally have to comply?

You have to find someone who will take is as a business deal and not get crazy emotional..a top girl will want a real relationship with the father....a girl who wants a certain life that she can't get any other way is a candidate...but must be stable like a rock. I am thinking this is a position for a European who understands the mistress (in this case baby mama) mentality.

You need someone young without much of a career. Maybe a professional student...someone who is kept and can just keep going to school...getting all sorts of degrees. Also, who doesn't have much of a family herself. The last thing you want is "in-laws". HA.
