When do you plan to visit the Ranch?

Can you confirm that Manolito has handed his resignation in and if so when is his last day?

This is our Recommendation:

Carlos & Norma move into the Red House, continue paying them hourly at this stage. Brice travels to the Ranch on Monday 25th, meets Carlos & Norma, get things going - Main House etc.

Move forward with James & Nena visiting the Ranch, will see if this can happen while Brice is on site next week.

Steve will need a Credit Card ASAP, the small amount of admin can be handled by Amber in the interim, about 1/2 a day a week.

End result - 2 couples on Ranch - one Ranch Central & one at the Main House. Steve off Ranch with Part Time Seasonal help as in the past.
