1- One day after 28 March 2010 visit of Qatar Emir Sheikh Hamad Khalifa Al-Thani in Brazzaville, JYO set up a meeting with President Sassou Nguesso, Jean-Jacques Bouya (Head of "Grands Travaux" in Congo) and Ghanim Bin Saad Al Saad, Managing Director & CEO, qatari Diar, to discuss a private Bank Project in Congo
2- The Qatari confirmed their interest in Project without coming back to Congo since that meeting
3- One month ago, Qatar National Bank decided to open a branch in Brazzaville
4- Jean-Jacques Bouya will be visiting Qatar next month in order to prepare President Sassou State visit to Qatar, end of January 2011. He will take Rigobert Andely with him to meet with Qatari authorities and try to go forward on Bank Project
5- Would very much appreciate if during your stay you could find out if Qatar are still interested in opening a private bank in Congo as we discussed, and to have Rigobert Andely visit Qatar ASAP
