noam has invited me to weizmann to meet the lab, walk through the various hospitals, scope out their equipment etc.

i will be in dubai oct 31-nov 2 for work-related meetings.

will israel be at war (right before elections)?

should i try to go to tel aviv immediately before (say 29-30) or immediately after (nov 3-5) or wait a few months
