ISO Container

I just got off the phone with William Bohlky and he informed the only brand new ISO container is only available from China and will cost triple the amount of getting a refurbished unit out of Houston which he tells me he can get a very nice unit and it will be like new in the range of $26,000 to $28,000 and we will also need to buy landing gear for the container and that could be around $2,500 to $3,000.

Please advise if your ok going with the refurbished unit and I will get a quote from Tropical to get it to St. Thomas from Houston. And if so do you want Bohlky to make the arrangements for this purchase.
