Larry,
I appreciate your candor as well as Jeffrey’s legitimate concerns…I do.

But I have reviewed each of the links below and the only one that even appears related is the offer for 8 million dollars from 2009.

I think we all know the state of the union in 2009, and when there were no bites, it appears to have been removed from the market for a more optimistic future.

It easy to focus solely on the devaluation of the diamond, but in all fairness, before we cut this opportunity loose, we should probably step back and take a hard look at the Boeing, which as you know has a very limited demographic appeal and the qualified buyers arc fewer and further between. The opportunity of the Boeing ever appreciating again is impossible and the holding cost arc astronomical compared to the stone, which is limited to insurance only.

I think Jeffrey also needs to consider lost opportunity value. I think you would agree that you have already witnessed wholesale opportunities within the GIV and Challenger 604 market which arc going to be difficult, if not impossible to re-create as the activity within the aircraft markets, which are likely to be your replacement aircraft, continue to recover at the industry's most aggressive pace.

Listen, authentication of this diamond sitting in Geneva, the diamond capital of the world, is absolutely the easiest part of the process, and should be a non-factor at this point.

Before I cut this deal loose tommorow, I highly encourage Jeffrey to reconsider the actual cash value of both assets along with the intangible values ofa convenient deal NOW, and then, at the very least give me the opportunity to give Moti a counter offer.

What do you think?

Hi Gary,

Jeffrey is concerned about this diamond,. as Mod has stated its never been offered to the public,. Jeffrey did some investigating and turned up these photos on line regarding this diamond,. also found a 50ct diamond in Toronto estimated at 10M sold for only 2.7M,. he told me to relay to you, thanks very much for the effort but he will have to pass on this transaction..seams to be value and authenticity concern,. Jeffrey to me to fwd these web sights that referance Moti's stone.

50 carat diamond sells for just S2.7m at an auction in Canada Megha Chaturvedi / Nov 15 2011 The antique diamonds and other precious stones are sold at various auctions at hefty prices, but sometimes the stones are able to draw much less than the expected range. One such diamond that weighs 50 karat and was expected to fetch $10 million was sold off for a mere $2.7 million at an auction held in Canada in 2011. ww.ebay,corn/itm/50-66-CARAT-EMERALD-IF-PINK-CERTIFIED-LOOSE-DIAMOND-GIA- /220641059581?pt=Loose Diamonds&hash=item33513b62fd
