TWO ARRESTS- ARREST WARRANT

On June 30, 2011, two Subjects were aboard MN Bomba Charger at the Edward Blyden Ferry Terminal coming from Tortola, BVI.

The Subjects have outstanding warrants of arrest (ST-10-WR-58, ST-10-WR-59) for First Degree Murder,

First Degree Assault, and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon during the Commission of a Crime of Violence.

The Subjects were arrested and turned over to ICE S/A who turned the Subjects over to a VIPD Detective.

The Subjects were given a parole for criminal prosecution and an I-247(Detainer) placed with VIPD. (2011AR005922401, 2011AR005923001)
