Best in business is Bill Knapp who did Obama '08 and Bloomberg's three races. I brought him over to do David Cameron in '10 and the Hong Kong Chief Executive this year.

Next best is Lynton Crosby who did John Howard's 4 races and Boris Johnson's two. Leaked yesterday that he will run Cameron's race in '15.

However to persuade either will be tough, even if they're paid the going rate. But I'm happy to try and persuade them.
