Attached arc the two bids for main house and ranch central. Although microwave links arc now in question the telephones can still be ordered and installed by the time you arrive at the end of July:

a) Option li - Main house phones - bid was 37,825 plus tax and i was able to reduce to 36,900 plus tax

b) Option II - Ranch central phones - bid is 7,675 plus tax - this will be on hold until we determine final new source of service (microwave from crest, fiber from rt 41 or microwave from rt 41)

please confirm it is ok to send 50% deposit on phones in the amount of 18,450
