Ron - Equipment

Dear Rich,

• I understand the initial period has me as a consultant. As we move forward, and given the rapidity, there will be items which come up.

One item is equipment. Will I be given a work cell phone and laptop? From what I read on the Virgin Islands website, the cell phone companies are Verizon and Sprint. (Cingular was mentioned so the site needs some updating.)

a) Cell Phone - currently we have an extra local 340 phone - please advise if ok to use

b) Laptop - my thoughts are that he should use is own computer until we potentially hire him full time
