Hey Leslie, hope you are well. Never heard from Jeffrey. Here is our portfolio. We were +2.9 percent last week and another 2 this week. I expect to average 1-2 percent per week for the next few years. Please tell him to call me. He seemed very positive when we met. If he's too busy he should let me know. I'm sure he can use an extra few hundred million.
