Yes, this has been around for a long time and is very interesting. There is much more on this going on in Israel, Germany, and Russia. In part, because of the wwll experiments done on Jews by mengele (or so I was told, in Germany).

In the US, there are some good thinkers, but much more happening outside the US on some fronts.

There's a far out, very interesting guy I just met - Stuart Hameroff - he is visionary, fascinating, and you should meet him. U Arizona anesthesiologist who has been studying all this for 20 years or so. He's looking more at the brain and neuro-degenerative diseases.

Shlomo ben Haim, in Israel, is doing work in this area, has many patents. He and I spoke about this a decade ago, when I returned from Germany. He is in NYC often.

Some of the people on the edge are doing the thinking that seems nuts, yet is proven a decade later. In early days, it's good not to toss stuff just cause not proven yet. IMO
