Can't make island this weekend. Popular destination (region) over holiday. Im attending at hospital starting Monday till Jan 2.
- Got a call from the relevannati.sking me if i reconsider another offer. It was unexpected for sure. She asked me to give her a week to come back with an offer. Says there is a big re org underway in next 4 months (already knew that) and she had an offsite this week with other members of leadership team.
Still pursuing secondment as we discussed. Almost through the legal stuff.
Such a roller coaster.
Have been thinking about cyber security mobile money, digital currency, ubiquitous social networks etc. All point to a need for sure. Feels like teaming up with the cyber criminals is the way to learn? Russians, Chinese seem to understand space best.
Also quite a lot of overlap with (human or cellular) immunology and even metabolism.
Maybe we can head over to island 2nd Jan or so for a few days. And bring you supplies!!! That's a long trip for you.
Ok will have him call you over wknd. Sat probably better. Im sending him to LA Thursday and Friday.
Am curious, does everyone go through these huge life changes like this or something unique about me (and Stevie)?
