My restructure deal with banks is finalized but I am only am fine-tuning the deal before i sign as well as discussing some creative financing schemes which doesn't include any sale of any asset but the good thing is that all the options are in my hand and the Realestate market is so hot in dubai it's almost a boom time Yours
