tatlent. if you were involved in a real project , you would forget about running around, Im sure that if you made many of the people you interact with smarter, they would then be aboe to cooperate and kill you.. I wonder whtert the head start program really works, some of the kids get smarter and with the same cultural heritage decide to kill each other and join gangs. The correlation between places of those programs and gang violence is great , but no one ever suggested a connection
