RE: checking in
Cool. And what about inviting people/invites?

Gerri: I'm copying Warren on this email. We will be inviting people by word of mouth and evites. We expect about 20 — 25 people. The loft will hold triple that amt so it will be very comfortable. The food is coming from The Prospect in Brooklyn. The chef is terrific. Was in Dallas for a time and he's done two events for Janet in NY in the last month. Very creative. It will be very reasonable SURE. Terry
Gerri: we are set with wine, sparkling wine, etc. A very good chef/restaurateur who owns Prospect rest in bklyn can do food. My wife used him recently and he did an awesome job. Will do passed items and some other bites. Will get estimate in days ahead. We will all split cost, agree? It will be great.

Hi kids. What's up? Hows plans? Who's coming? Are we taking rsvp's?

Sounds good. Who's splitting the cost? Us three?
What about invites? Rsvp list? I can keep track if you want them to rsvp me but I don't have emails for anyone.
Let's start with a list of names and put in email addresses for the ones we have. Once we get that I can send an invite out to everyone. Thoughts?

It all sounds good to me. Ellie never responded to my email so I will call Joann's husband Bob.
Also, is Jeff Edwards an alias or a wrong button?

No worries. If we have like 15 — 20 that will be fine. I will gather the costs and let everyone know the amount. Shouldn't be very costly at all, but it will be done nicely. No franks in jackets (sorry Izmo). Terry
How are things coming along with our party plans? Is there anything that needs to be done?

Gerri: Warren is handling the RSVP's. I will call him tonite for a number. WE should have about 18 — 24.
