Well understand that it could have been interpreted that way. No intent to mislead but if I was your team I could walk away with that impression since that exchange was quick and Allan didn't differentiate between will provide and have provided. Hopefully our paths will cross with a better outcome.

i am disppointed but everyone was clear that alan said he had an opinion more than one time- it was not- will , could, may, but a resounding yes- we have an opinion and it is available, -- silly, to overstate something that has potential and is complex. it was not in any way open to interpretation , and since new jersey and coney island are similar , i too hope that next time will be happier for us both
