what about calling on the phone, which you have.? i am not sure why you are so reluctant to see me , I have invited you a number of times only to be told you had something esle to do , was too tired etc.

Regarding reluctance: I even managed to come to NY to see you, or what did you think why I went there? The last couple of times I saw you in Paris you were just making me feel even worse instead of helping or just being kind when I was already in a bad state. Yes, I had to make other priorities. I am not the person who will introduce you to girls and I do not intend to ask you for anything. It is not as easy anymore but I would just love to see you again as I really like you.
