I noticed a lot of fraud activities on Sarah's new Amex Black card. After Sarah reviewed and confirmed fraud I disputed the charges with Amex and requested a new card replacement for Friday delivery. The total of the fraud is $17,538.30. Looks very similar to your Amex fraud case. On the airline tickets we can see the names, but it looks to me as fake names (Ms. Dezey Small..). I would like to ask your permission for Sarah to file a police report. Please advise. Thank you,
