I. Purchasing 2 new garbage bins was not on the punch list as of today;
When LSJ purchased the bins in 2007 they cost $3,345 each - in 2012 will cost $4,313 each
Shipping of the 4 bins in 2007 (B/L 7289421: WITE Bins) cost $5,654 - in 2012 shipping of 2 estimated at $ 4296.66
