I assume , cleaving you off first seems to make sense from their stand point. .. I think steve needs to be leaving with . for another opportunity, otherwise the transistion period will be filled wtih both personal and press uncertainty

turns out they somehow aren't cleaving me and are trying to sign me up for a more tangled up position (that in a few years won't end well either...)

i thought the same thing you did - that by cleaving me off, that would force him to leave and they wouldn't have to fire him and i presented my transition plan that i worked super hard on here at the foundation and they were shocked.

"what, you're not leaving? no, we need you to do this and this etc" so much for that theory.

an send him these sappy emails 1 know i am hard to work with but thx for hanging in there" kinda stuff.

agreee 100% that= needs to leave "for or "with" something clear or else it will be career suicide and of course tons of speculation.

i care about that stuff. he doesn't seem to care at all? weird times for sure.
