Phillip Michaels is getting all my mother's tax returns for the last 22 years...(Since my father's death.). He is suing my brother for allowing my mother to "invade the trust". There is an estate left of approximately four to five million... I am hoping Michaels will sue for all of it.
This is why I have always hated my mother and have nine ulcers. Once again, thank you for making me go to a lawyer. I can honestly say my brother does not have a mean bone in his body (or is a great actor) but is just about the biggest idiot I ever met.
