currently has a invoice in for $34,368.04 for the main terrace wall that needs a check to pay his men and show back up.
I have him scheduled to do the balance of the motor court wall we laid out and should start tomorrow.will be about $25,000 two draws and we're done with motor court walls
Gassie Corner Stone ( Tyson) he is doing the stone veneer on cottage 4 and the little bath,this was budgeted work that I explained the varience and the extra in my sept.l2th email
he will bill another $38,000 in two or three draws over three weeks,and we're done
Saint Tile they did the flag pole coral deck.He is starting the big terrace tomorrow and then the pool deck
$25,000 total ,he'll make two or three draws done in about three weeks
when you were here we talked about Brices cottage cabinets and their being over but other line items being under and I was to proceed

tile layer $25,000 breakdown of my estimate
the terrace and pool deck will run just under $18,000 and take about 3 weeks ,crew of Chris and 4 people. I allowed in the $25,000 some flexability to allow me to have Saint to do the bath terrace, floors of the bath and cottage 4 in case our inhouse tile layers couldn't keep up,which would also extend the time or add more people
Tyson $38,000 breakdown of my estimate
we got today a bill $10,908 for the past two weeks,leaving $27,000 bal. I looked at the work to be done this morning and whats left is closer to $20,000 and at least 3 weeks,and its Tyson and 5 workers
You tell me if that looks like 1000 per week per person It seems so

This would be what I would expect a subcontractor to make and if he's good he'll work about 50% of the time all in and the other 50% he will spend finding work and in between jobs.
