RE: Reporting 10/2011 MC2

Rich,

The brief update is that we are making an LC Payment this week bringing the balance to 714k. We are hoping to make two payments in January and get below 700K as we work to get to 650k as previously discussed.

We will see come year end where our Profit stands but I suspect it will be less than last year by 100 to 150k as we have added some staff creating a platform to grow moving forward. The good news is that our annual gross billing should be up for Miami from last year and at least the same in NY if not showing a slight increase. With new direction and staff in NY we are headed in a positive direction and have a couple girls poised to really break on a high level which will have a substantial effect on both Miami and NY making scouting and recruiting easier especially for NY if that kind of result can be achieved.

I wish you and yours the best for the Holiday Season. This is my last day in the office until January 3rd when we reopen for 2012. Obviously, I will share further reporting with you as I have it available.

wanted to touch base regarding line of credit and 6,000 checks

a) line of credit - were any payments made in january - what is outstanding balance?

b) 6,000 payments - i have not received the 2nd or 3rd check - if 2nd check was mailed it may be lost - please check to make sure it did not clear bank

Hi Richard,

I'm out of the office until Monday, but in the meantime was pretty sure to have mailed you 2 checks for OSSA.

The office today emailed me and confirmed that one check was cut in November 3rd and another one on 12/13/11 and also both cleared.

We actually have the last one due and will be mailed on my return.

Let me know if you need more details on those 2 checks
