• Jacob is fine — he is just studying this week and next. He has an interview with Oxford this week and an exam for Columbia on the 15th.

• We dropped the Brazilian deal on YOUR advice after you told me at the island not to waste effort on a $1.5 million investment. I am seeing the team in Rio on Thursday, but we officially passed. And as for the process. honestly I am dealing with this every single day. After several weeks of discussions with you, it is now Solina's turn and we sent back a final draft last night to her lawyers for sign off. The Kuoks and Jacob's family don't care — we just have to make sure it is OK with you and Soling. If we have yes from her tomorrow as hoped, we will send out execution copies.
