- With regards to Deutsche Bahn, I have asked my Beijing colleagues to stand down. They have stated that they have not spoken to anyone at C1C with regards this topic.
Is this a practical case of where we could see if your approach makes sense?
- If so, what is a concrete next step? I could send you a few pages which sets forth the basic concept as well as some parameters.

the concern is that asia gateway, could get in trouble and taint jpm.. i would suggest you call emiliio, and propose that a lawyer from jpm sit on the board of gateway,or be an officer. or be the accountant, so that they have total transparcny, and effective oversight. but the chinese would see a small seperate operation.
