Rich reached out solely to vendors who can do the work but no one else who can generate a master plan, cost savings and a upgrade overview of all systems such as Source 1 — can I have an extension until next week to ensure that Source I is the proper company after speaking with at least one comparable company?

No word from Doug – Should I reach out to him?

Spoke with Adam Bly last night for an hour. He seemed to be agreeable with almost all of my tough terms of a deal. I plan to speak with him again this am at 9am before his board call at 1030am. I have two areas to kill deal.

A) deal size to small to make a difference to you plus the amount of time I must spend to baby this is a poor use of my time

B) 1mm cash for 51percent should be 75 to 80 percent due to accrued liablities and bankruptcy costs.
