Your instructions yesterday was to make it simple. The Will is a public record when it is filed upon death. Arc you saying that if someone searches the Will at Surrogate's Court. that you do not want them to know that Dangene is your beneficiary? Please let me know if you want me to prepare Wills or Wills and Trusts.

Our very good friend recommended that when drafting the will instead of having the the named beneficiaries ofeach of ow respective wills be Jennie and Dangene as individuals we should make beneficiaries xyz trusts that each ofus owns so as not to create a public record of our personal lives ....Chad - call me if this is unclear
