This is the ticket! I have enlisted Ragu to help. I could not decipher the ticket myself. He is working something up for us and will get back to us. She is currently flying Air Tahiti (which he had to tell me) and they do not fly to NY. Here is what I requested from him:

• Depart the same day as ticket she is holding, which is Sunday Dec. 19th.
• Spend at least 48-60 hours in NY
• Try to pick up this ticket or use some of this ticket as is (but he does not think that is possible)
• Return back on her original return date

I have also emailed requesting her complete birth date, the exact way her name is spelled on the documents she travels with and a cell phone number.

Ok, I was just about to email you and it would cost around $3700-3800 for a brand new ticket. And she (or whatever agency she used) are the only people who can cancel her current ticket and it would cost about $242 US.

Will you be contacting or did you want me to? If so, what do I explain to her?
