Hi Myla,

I assume by now you've noticed we shorted you on a few drinks on your delivery. When we were loading the pallet into the tender the wrapping broke and quite a few things took a tumble. Coke, diet sprite and 3.5 cases of President suffered some damages and broken cans/bottles. In total we lost one case of diet sprite, five cans of coke and 3 beer bottles. We've pulled all the broken articles out, washed everything off and packed all the undamaged items into crates. Would you be comfortable taking them like that, instead of in their normal packaging?

I'm still hunting for your toilette paper. I'm sure we will be able to get it for you tomorrow.
