Thanks for latest, Medical Report's # 15 & 16 remain OPEN and full details have not yet been forwarded to WYM as further treatment is still required.
Latest details of Report # 16 have been forwarded to the accounts department (Ref: Insurance Claim) so please check with Gail for details.
Report # 15 has now been copied & details will be forwarded with the next mail dispatch to WYM.

Medical Report # 16 (Ref: Myla Trestiza) remains OPEN - Please review details forwarded to WYM via mail in October 2015.
As per the Examining Doctors report Ms Trestiza will require OB/GYN surgery to remove a Uterina Myoma.
Myla has been in contact with her family OB/GYN doctor in Manilla & has been advised that the surgery should be scheduled within the next 2 - 3 months & the post operation recovery time is estimated to be 3 - 4 weeks.
In view of the yacht's busy schedule from October 2015 thru February 2016 & the non-urgent nature of the treatment required no surgery has yet been scheduled but it will now be necessary for Myla to schedule an appointment in order to complete the surgery required before MY Te Manu returns to Europe for the start of the Mediterranean Charter season.
In order for Myla to have sufficient time to recover from the operation & return for the start of the Johnson Charter on the 20th June 2015 it is suggested that arrangements now be made for Myla to return to the Philippines as soon as the Hanna Charter ends in May 2016.

As the Original Medical Report # 16 contained + 10 pages of Doctors notes/comments the document was either forwarded via DHL/Fedex with ISM monthly reports/accounts September thru November 2015 or provided to you "By Hand" upon conclusion of the ISM Internal Audit report conducted Viareggio October 2015.
The original Medical Report was provided to WYM in order to process the medical insurance claim for treatment received & may have been retained by the WYM team member dealing with the ongoing insurance claim.
Please check with Diana & advise when Medical Report # 16 has been located.

Hi Bob,
I was also unable to find any record of Medical Report # 16 being sent to WYM in the DTN reports which is why I assumed it must have been included with the document presented onboard upon conclusion of the Internal Audit (Viareggio) October 2015.
I will ask Myla to recheck all files in the event the Report was misfiled onboard.
The location of the Original Medical report has been discussed on a number of occasions & Myla recalls that the original documents were forwarded to WYM in order for the Medical insurance claim to be processed?
