Hi I spoke to JoJo Merwin=is working 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday at the Carl=le hotel he is not available during the day .My son William =3B who is an ex marine and works for Tishman Speyer as an Engineer=from 3:00pm to 11pm on 53rd street & 6th avenue and lives on= is available during the day. I c=n bring him in and show him the operation if JE likes .I also have=a laptop where i can see the ac system and security cameras when i am on v=cation. I will leave Williams cell number just in case of any emer=ency. while I am away.
