2. The plane is FAA registered currently with Rance. It is dated back to purchase date.

3. If plane were to be transferred from Rance to Avioneta, the transfer would take place in a sales tax free jurisdiction

4. The memo says that if LEON is owner and operates under Part 91, there is no NJ sales tax on Part 91 operations. Further there is no sales tax on transfer from Avioneta/ Rance to LDB. Both confirmed with outside counsel

the sloppiness is the numbers you had the responsibility to review and didn't. are you suggesting that sales tax is due in a transfer from race to avionetta. so a tax free jurisdiction is needed. are you also suggesting that when you say Leon, you are talking about him personally or a disregarded entity.

I will answer your plane questions later. Suffice to say your call the other day was debilitating and I am not as emotionally strong as I should be. The downstream effects is that I am unable to successfully engage with my kids who themselves have taken a leg down to be virtually without interest in the social world. There does not seem to be a break to this spiral downward. Beyond depressed an outcome bleak and also I feel that you are looking for an advantage in a chess game and I am merely a pawn sacrifice. Brad said you boasted to LOB after Thursday's call. That really hurt me. And I am crying as I type this. I am not best suited for this any more and will be taking a job at RSM.
