Forgot to tell you this. A single older male homosexual was convicted of enticing teenage males into sex (he paid them to allow him to masturbate them) and sentenced to 8 years federal time. He has a few million and nobody to leave it to, so he wants the best Esq. for mitigation-pardon work. He graduated Georgetown Law and worked his entire life as a Democrat bureaucrat in Washington and got fairly high up, so he used his contacts and found this lawyer. Roger read over the case and said he did not want to take the guy's money because he thought a sentence reduction is such a low probability. He is flying back down to talk to the guy in the federal prison in Miami about mitigation. He explained to me he will not take a case unless he thinks he can be helpful and there is a reasonable probability of success. Seems to be a straight shooter.

PS: He represented F. Lee Bailey in his Florida problems.

That's what I know about Roger. Was just thinking of options. I asked him about your case against RRA and he seemed to know more about it than I suspected he would. Said he follows these things out of professional interest and figured it was you. Just so you know, this was the first time I have ever mentioned I know you since I came to NY in the beginning. I think I can be more helpful to you if no one knows or at least is certain that I know you. Can pick up the talk about town that way. Lawyers love to talk about their cases, attorney-client confidentiality be damned.
