Hi I have been having a really tough time...... feels like making an exit is impossible..........but I have to keep on trying...

How are you?? what are you up to?? I have been thinking about the science conference.... perhaps we could do something on the latest medical advances I feel like this is a field that is still behind here.... What do you think?
