J'ai bien recu ton mail. J'ai transfere le mail d'origine ou tu disais que le 22 serait possible. Il m'a dit qu'il t'avait envoye un mail le lendemain auquel il n'aurait pas eu de reponses. Il semble qu'il a un contretemps du a une mauvaise coordination de son programme avec celui d'autres partenaires qui doivent l'accompagner a Abidjan.

I think because you gave your dates and they always tried to accommodate and you cancelled 3 times they aren't happy about that.

He didn't write anything nor did I talk to him he just forwarded the email to me as I did to you.

Also he usually forwards everything to my uncle so I wanted to ask you if you could please be a little more

formal if you're planning to email him again.

They are really really formal especially when they haven't met the person yet. I'll see what they are going to say but what I wrote in the email is what I was planning to tell my uncle when I see

him.

I understand what you are saying. If they didn't want the meeting to take place I doubt that they would have accepted the different changes. For the first 3 times I asked my uncle personally who told me to see with Sidi. When David told me that you didn't come I then ask my uncle if he was still planning to meet with you in NY ( in front of his wife and Sidi) that's when he told me that you were supposed to come with David but you didn't). I told him that I doubted that that's what happened.

When you wanted to push back the 16th date, I couldn't ask him again that's the reason why I gave you Sidi's email.

They are so busy that I guess Sidi forgot to email you and I back to confirm.

In the mail concerning the last change ( 22nd) Sidi said that it was ok he just had to ask my uncle's for his. They apparently put it in the calendar but he didn't get back to you nor I and I also didn't want to ask him in case you couldn't make it again.

So far he hasn't email me back.

We'll see what will happen.
