I spoke to Ian about this and his reply was a little hazy in that he said that:

1. This would not be applicable in our case as they know where FAH is anyway and this is usually in case where the suspect has disappeared or has eloped to a third country; and that

2. Even if could be the and we lose the case, then what other option do we have.

3. He recommends we stick to our current strategy of Yemen and only Yemen.
