A friend who owns Cheney Brothers (big food distributor) is going to speak with the GM of Eau, formerly Ritz Carlton, about a position for John. Have you found out anything about a job in Las Vegas? John would like that. He has been told to limit his job search to 5 star hotels and resorts because apparently it is hard to move up the food chain once you get hired. The people I know and his professors tell him Caesar's Palace would be a fantastic place to get his feet wet.

I understand there is still an effort to get the judge to throw out the non-pros agreement. I don't know what your lawyers are telling you to do, but my advice is for you to stay out of it as much as possible. Let the federal prosecutors deal with it because they have a strongly vested interest in winning the case (ruling the agreement is valid) and your public presence only complicates things. JMO.
