How are you? What time are you planning on coming back to NY this Sunday? Maybe we can plan when could we meet approximately? I have to schedule a rehearsal with a pianist on Sunday so first I would like to know if you would have time and would like to see me and if yes, what time is good for you?

I know how busy you are and plus I can imagine you will certainly be very tired after such a long trip from Paris to NY on Sunday so probably I should not even bother you with my matters.. The thing is that after the concert in there will be a reception and meeting with guests and sponsors. I was thinking about buying a cocktail dress as I actually don't have anything really proper and nice to wear in such occasions. And I would be greatly pleased to get your help and opinion in choosing it.. You have such a good and extremely special taste for everything!! :) of course I know you are very busy and will be tired after trip..so I will understand if you will not have time or wish to go with me and look for something on Sunday afternoon during the time you told you would be free- from 1 to 3 pm... Anyway, I believe it would be so much fun to go shopping with you as you know so much about what is good looking and what is not! :) but if you have no time maybe I should ask to come with me and help me in choosing?
