I am a little concerned about the area where you removed the cyst on Jeffrey. It has raised up and there seems to be some nasty white stuff inside.

Please advise if there is anything we should do.

Looks like a mild infection. I'll prescribe a topical antibiotic. Once the pus drains out, which it sounds like is already happening spontaneously, it should improve. Is he in town? I can have one of my partners take a look at it.

I prefer Bactrian over bacitracin. It requires a prescription. What's your pharmacy number?
