...Metabolic sensing (co localized imaging technologies and post processing to avoid need for biopsy, use of end tidal breath for status monitoring)
...contraception via olfaction (immune mediated noninvasive stimuli)
Vagal modulation (immunity through vagal afferents for nervous system disease, selective or transdcrmal stim for range of pathology, cardiac Implications of direct parasympathetic infection)
Each of these as you know could translate into weapons - some more aggressive than others
