Re: BOP misconduct TF

• can you check with PC and CR and see if they are aware of a BOP misconduct TF which was stood up back in 2019 or just before COVID on 2020? There is apparently an AG release we can find publicly, but I am unaware of any TF on this.

Please see below. This would have been during my ASAC time and I have no knowledge of a BOP Misconduct TF, although that doesn't mean there isn't one. Can you also track down and review the article Jay referenced.

This was something AG Barr announced he was setting up after a gun was found in the same New York facility were Epstein committed suicide. I will reach out to NY and see if it was every actually set up.

I am not aware of a BOP misconduct TF. Fm happy to reach out to the warden at MDC I recently met with and inquire if he's aware of one. Let me know if you'd like me to.
