Julio,

I left you a voice mail message and we have some initial concerns. I know the

agent provided a summary but was the entire file reviewed to determine what needs to be protected and what privileges we need to assert to protect the information. The risk here is that the judge could decide to share the file and we need to have something on record stating what and why we need to protect the file from release. I will try you again later.
