Fw: Operation Leap Year (OLY)

The FBI has been ordered to produce the FBI OLY case file for in camera review by Judge Marra this Friday, July 19, 2013. This is regarding a civil suit against the United States by two or three of Mr. Epstein's victims alleging their rights were violated when the government did not discuss ahead of time a Non-Prosecution Agreement agreed upon and signed by the USAO and Mr. Epstein.

SA and I were wondering if there are certain protocols and/or policies we need to follow to remove the "Brown and Whites" and associated "Red Wallets" from FBI space when providing them to the District Judge. SA is the current case agent assigned to OLY and my former co-case agent. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
