Alfredo Rodriguez's sentencing with=and Judge i . Marra is at 10:00 am tomorrow. I spoke with this afternoon [ ] and he (Rodriguez) scores out to 24-30 months. wants to be able to counter any defense argument that he should not receive more time than Epstein.

She's asked if either you o could be at the hearing to testify as to how valuable the address book would have been [ ] if you'd had it with the original case or how it would have impacted your investigation.

I told he was out of town until Monday and that I'd try to reach out to you. [ ] [x] said you were on sick leave. Not sure i you I be in tomorrow, but wanted to pass this along.

hey sorry just got your message! I have been out sick for the last two days! I am feeling better! But due to father's day I had taken leave to be off thru Monday, returning to work on Tues! I do have scheduled plans but if eally feels she needs me i will try and make it. Will you let her know and get back with me?
