Hi Jason and Nesbitt:

We need to produce the OLY case file for in camera review by Judge Marra on June 19‘h. I understand that the FBI case file is up at headquarters. Do you have a copy here? Or an index of the file's contents? And can you also prepare a list of the physical evidence that is in storage in Miami?

Dexter is coming to WPB on Friday and will be working in the 9'h Floor conference room. Maybe you can spend some time with him walking through what is in the file and where everything is located. I have a number of hearings on Friday, but I will try to be here as much as possible.

I will speak to Jason this morning, but I leave later today for a family reunion which is out of town. I do not return until late Sunday. This request will take some time to prepare. The meeting with Mr. Lee will have to be rescheduled if you need us present. However, I do not see any issues with the JULY 19th date set by the court and meeting your requests with ample time for USAO to review. I will call you later today to discuss further.

Julio, The USAO has been order to produce an FBI case file and all evidence for a civil case on July 19, 2013. I'm not sure if anyone from the USAO office has been communicating with you since I don't see your name listed on the email. Let me know if you have any questions or don't know about this matter. The actual file was sent to the RMD for a FOIA request, I'm sure was part of the same civil suit.
